Is there a delivery charge for my area?
Let’s Jump A Lot is located in the west valley.  There is no delivery charge for most of the West Valley.  Delivery charges for other areas vary depending of driving distance and the amount of equipment rented.

Are there any other fees?
For most areas, the only additional cost is tax at 8.5%.  Our prices include delivery, setup, and removal of the equipment.

How long do I get the equipment for?
Our rentals are for up to 6 hours (unlike some other companies that only give you 4 hours).   Sometimes if scheduling permits, we are able to accommodate longer rentals.

Do I have to put down a deposit?
We do not need a deposit to reserve equipment for your party.  Payment will be collected at the time of delivery.  We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover).

How much notice do you need to make a reservation?
How far in advance you should make a reservation depends on the unit requested and the time of year.  We recommend a minimum of four weeks to make sure you get your first choice. 

How much space is needed?
For our 13x13 units, we request at least 18x18 of a clear area for the set up. 
For our 15x15 units, we request at least 20x20 of a clear area for the set up.
Our 3 in 1 combo units need at least 18 x33 of a clear area for the set up.
Our 4 in 1 combo unit needs at least 18 x 35 of a clear area for the set up.
Our 18 Ft Dual lane slide needs at least 25 x 50 of a clear area for set up.

What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellation as long as you call before your scheduled delivery time.  If we show up there is a small fee. If we have already set the equipment up, we charge you half price.  Once we have left we charge full price. 

Any discounts?
We offer a 10% discount to Military, Police, Fire, and Teachers (ID will be required at time of delivery).  We can sometimes give discounts to repeat customers or for large orders depending on demand for the date requested. 

Delivery and pick up hours?
Delivery time can vary depending on the demand of your event.  We usually deliver as early as 8am and the latest we pick up is 9pm.  Other pick up options may be available, call for more info.

Do we set up on dirt or rock?
We do not set up on large rock.  Small to medium rock is fine as long as we are informed ahead of time so we can prepare.  We do not set up water units on dirt. 

Do we set up in City parks?
Yes we do!  Keep in mind you may need a generator for parks jobs.
